The name of our community finds its origin in several biblical passages
These texts reveal that God is our ultimate dwelling place, and that Christ is forming his church into his dwelling place. Our desire is to learn and live the New Testament concept of Christ in us and us in Christ. We are sent to our neighborhoods, schools, and places of business to practically experience what this concept really means.
Psalm 90:1

Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
Psalm 91:9-10
If you say, “The Lord is my refuge,” and you make the Most High your dwelling, no harm will overtake you, no disaster will come near your tent.
Ephesians 2:22
And in him you too are being built together to become a dwelling in which God lives by his Spirit.
Ephesians 3:16-17
I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power by his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith.
Revelation 21:3
And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Look! God’s dwelling place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God.”
