Welcome to our “wired” home! For many people, the website serves as the “front door” and first encounter with our community. Our desire is that the daily prayers, blogs, and teachings that you find here will assist you in cooperating with the Spirit along the narrow way of Christ. We hope that this site will expose you to the nature of God and help you embody the teachings of the Master – Jesus. The Dwelling Place is a community of messy people exploring together the ancient tradition of following the way of Jesus in our time, place, and setting. Our longing is to become more fully human and break the endless cycle of inflicting damage on the world as we become part of God’s solution by bringing healing, wholeness, and blessing to everything we engage. May the God of all comfort, hope, and peace sustain you and keep you, that you might be the dwelling place of God.
