Moments of Mindfulness: An Introduction

What does it mean to be fully aware, present in the moment, so consciously here that it activates a higher level of awareness that allows all our other human functions—such as thought, feeling, and action—to be known, developed, and harmonized? During Moments of Mindfulness we’ll explore this question and pursue a greater understanding of what it means to be deeply alive and fully human.

January 18: Mindfulness and the world within you
January 25: Steps on the journey to you
