Horizon HouseThe Dwelling Place partners with Horizon House to meet the needs of homeless neighbors in Indianapolis. By providing resources and needed materials, and through volunteering, the Dwelling Place assists Horizon House in affirming each person as a valuable community member and in offering hospitality, restored dignity, and a hopeful future.

The Dwelling Place was honored to be named Horizon House’s Community Partner of the Year for 2014. Last year we were able to serve a Thanksgiving Breakfast to our homeless neighbors, act as an Event Sponsor for and participate in Walking for Dreams, organize and maintain the Donation Room, and supply and pack food kits for the Horizon House Outreach Team.
